2023 Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences

The JMMS teachers are looking forward to meeting with all parents and their students. Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences will be held November 13-17. All JMMS students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM each day during Conference Week. Conferences will be held on a drop in basis Monday-Wednesday between 12:00pm and 3:00pm.  Monday, November 13th and Wednesday, November 15th are also designated for late afternoon and evening conferences between 3:45pm and 7:00pm.  Thursday, November 16th and Friday, November 17th teachers are available to conference in person or by Zoom through appointments which you can make by contacting the teacher via email.  

We look forward to seeing you at the time that is most convenient.  If possible, please use the first letter of your child's last name to attend conferences as a suggestion. 

Monday, November 13 A - H 12:00 - 3:00pm AND 3:45 - 7:00pm

Tuesday, November 14 I - Q 12:00 - 3:00pm  

Wednesday, November 15 R - Z 12:00 - 3:00pm AND  3:45 - 7:00pm

Teachers will be available for conferences in the GYM.  Feel free to move from teacher to teacher based on which teacher is available at the time.
