The Alpine Union School District would like to welcome you to our District.
Our District currently uses Frontline Absence Management system, formerly Aesop, to fulfill any vacancies or employee absences requiring a substitute. As a substitute, you will use Frontline to accept any and all possible substituting assignments.
Once you have completed all of your new hire paperwork with the Human Resources Department, you will be sent via email your login information for the Frontline website. You will be able to view and accept any job assignments that you are qualified for through the Frontline website at any time.
You will also receive automated phone calls during specified times regarding any assignments available within the upcoming days. The automated system call times are as follows:
Mornings 5:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Evenings 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
If you do not wish to receive phone calls from the system, this feature can be turned off in your profile settings.
