The Student Services Department provides support to schools in order to ensure that students attain or exceed grade level proficiency and are provided the tools that they need to be successful.  Several programs and services exist in order to provide this support.  These include, but are not limited to, Special Education, Gifted and Talented Education, English Learner Services, American Indian Education and the Community Day School.  

Student instruction is aligned to California Content Standards.  The standards for each grade and content area can be viewed on the California Department of Education's website:
